You agree not to use the Baynes Digital Services unlawfully or in breach of these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for misuse unless caused by our negligence.

 

Account Termination & Deletion

Pricing, Orders & Cancellations

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Promotions & Loyalty Scheme

 

Loyalty Rewards

Available for purchases made either in-store or via Click & Collect.

A free reward is granted after six qualifying purchases of hot drinks or food purchases over £3.

Terms:

– One reward per six qualifying purchases

–Allocation of stamps for the spend £3 reward mechanism is limited to one stamp per visit.

– Cannot be used with other offers or the paper stamp card

– No cash alternative

– Completed stamp cards must be redeemed before commencement of a new stamp card

– Reward redemptions exclude multi-packs and reduced-price items

– SM Bayne & Co Ltd. may change or withdraw this scheme at any time

Birthday Treat

Users registered with a valid date of birth will receive a complimentary birthday reward.

Valid for one month after your birthday.

Subject to availability; non-transferable; no cash value.

Communications

You will receive essential notifications about your rewards, such as availability or expiry alerts.

You will not receive marketing communications without your explicit opt-in consent.

Allergen information is available:

– Online per product page

– On request from staff at any Baynes location

We strongly recommend checking allergen content before purchase, especially if you have dietary requirements.

Your continued use of Baynes Digital Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

General Provisions

– If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full effect.

– These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
