We care passionately about making great quality, delicious tasting food that our customers can enjoy as part of a healthy, balanced diet.
Our allergen information lists the fourteen ingredients that are the most common food allergens in Europe, and is available to access on our website and within our shops. Allergen ingredients information is reviewed and updated in line with any recipe changes within our product range and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure accuracy.
Due to the manufacturing process within our bakery we cannot fully guarantee that individual products are 100% free from allergen components, due to cross-contamination risks. We would ask customers to carefully review our allergen information before purchasing any of our products.
We have listed the nutritional guidance information for the products that we produce within our bakery, including energy in kilojoules and kilocalories, fat, saturates, carbohydrates, protein and salt.
The nutritional information values are calculated per 100g of product (per product) or in portions of our larger products. Values are a guideline only, due to the hand-crafted nature of our products and the natural variability in ingredients used.
